Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to contracts between Baudis AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and customers for software products, consulting services, and custom solutions.

These terms apply exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

The provider develops, operates, and markets software solutions, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, and provides consulting and IT services.

Services are provided according to the current state of the art and with due care.

The customer provides all information, data, and access required for performance in a timely manner.

Rights of use, remuneration, and payment terms are defined in the respective offer or agreement.

Liability is governed by applicable law and the provisions agreed in the respective contract.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin where legally permissible.
